Affordable Living Opportunity Fund, Inc. and developer Habitat Creators use this form to maintain the AMANI project update list. We collect your name, email address, phone number, and your consent to receive project news and future leasing information by email, text message, and personal phone calls. The consent box is not selected for you. We record the accepted permission wording, its version, and the submission time.

We also collect your household size and your Yes or No answer about whether your household currently has a valid Housing Choice Voucher or receives other rental assistance. If you answer No, we require an estimated annual household income before taxes. If you answer Yes, the income question is hidden and we do not collect an income estimate. Waiting-list status alone does not count as having a voucher. These are self-reported details used to understand interest in the homes and prepare for future leasing; they do not establish eligibility or give you priority for housing.

Registering is voluntary. It is not a housing application, reservation, waiting-list position, or guarantee of housing. Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial documents, identification documents, or other sensitive records through this website.

This form saves your contact and household details and consent; it does not send an automatic email, text message, or call. Joining this communication list requires agreement to all three contact methods, but joining is voluntary and consent is not a condition of housing. This consent does not authorize automated calls or enroll you in an active automated messaging program. The update list is separate from any future housing application or eligibility review.

Information may be handled by the project owner, developer, and authorized leasing or service providers for AMANI project communications and future leasing preparation. You may unsubscribe using the instructions in future emails or tell the AMANI team during a personal call that you no longer want calls. Any future text-notification service must provide a way to opt out before it is activated. This page does not accept financial documents, identity documents, or eligibility verification records. Answering Yes to rental assistance removes the income question from this form; it does not waive any verification required during leasing.
