Gordon Bello is an attorney and President of Habitat Creators, leading the vision and development strategy behind The AMANI. His involvement spans zoning strategy, planning, design coordination, and brand direction, bringing a hands-on approach to the decisions that shape the project. His focus is on creating thoughtfully designed, family-sized homes that bring elevated living within reach.

Orestes Lopez-Recio developed the architectural plans for The AMANI's proposed two-story residences. His work defines the four-bedroom home layouts, individual entrances, and living spaces that give physical form to the project's vision for family-sized, affordable housing.
